On May 14, at Barcelona’s Galería Senda, Andrea Dopico Cafarelli presented her first book for the preparation of a dessert on the plate, sharing his passion and vocation for patisserie and initiating with it a new journey. JVV took charge of the call for media and guests. We also reached Cavas Gramona for the sponsorship, delighting all guests with their Cava Gramona Imperial Brut Reserva 2013.
Art, design and cooking came together during this afternoon to capture a unique object that promotes the transmission of technical knowledge of pastry and, at the same time, intends to awaken the reader’s creativity.
