Joan Pedrola was born in 1989 in Barcelona where he was discovered at the age of 19.
He had a great reception from the beginning, starting with the D&G world campaign photographed by Mario Testino, which accelerated his career placing him within the best catwalks in the world such as Milan, Paris and New York working for firms such as Versace, D&G, Armani, Prada, among other.
In 2016, he made his first television advertisement for Carolina Herrera’s 212 VIP perfume, reaching one of the 50 best models in the world according to Models.com. He returned to Barcelona to continue his studies without leaving fashion. He studied illustration at the Llotja school in Barcelona.
In 2018 he found what would be his point of reference today, interpretation crossed his path. He has worked and continues to work on different short films, fashion films and movies. He follows his training at the Eòlia theater school in Barcelona and has already participated in the Netflix series ‘’El Inocente’’ and more recently at the spanish super production, “Bienvenidos a Eden” (Welcome to Eden), both from Netflix.
Joan has been chosen in 2021 as ambassador and image of Armani Exchange for Portugal, Andorra and Spain.
One of his latest works has been the series This young Catalan defines himself as a person who loves sports and is addicted to humor.
