Verbena is an architecture and design studio based in Madrid and Milan, established in 2019 by interior designer Victoria Solano and architect Mónica de la Peña.
After several years of experience working in other studios and as a freelance, they have created Verbena as a long-term collaborative project focused on color and texture, not only within the architecture and design space, but also extending to scenography. , the design and production of furniture.
Among his latest projects is the design of the Malasaña Club and the Lucky Dragon bar, both of which have been a success in Madrid’s nightlife. In addition, they have also been commissioned to design two apartments in Madrid, a residential home in the Montepríncipe de Madrid urbanization and a penthouse in Milan. They also collaborate with various artistic installations such as ‘’ Marí, Marí by Miranda Makaroff ‘’ at Club Silencio Ibiza.
Apart from interior design and architecture, they also deal with the design of furniture and decorative objects. Like the pieces of LIFT lights that are presented as sculptures, created by modular sheets of stainless aluminum and an opaline as the epicenter of the piece, acquiring a particular presence in each of its three dimensions.
